Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange any item, WhatsApp us your details and pictures of received damaged dress. After reviewing pictures, we will confirm you about exchange. We send exchange to customer after receiving and verifying defected dress received from customer.

If defect or damaged area in trouser or shirt can be easily removed in cutting, then no exchange will be offered.

Shipping returns

We will be responsible for paying your shipping costs if you receive defected product.

If customer is exchanging item on choice then he/she will bear shipping cost.
